ENBRI Q terms of use
These terms apply to ENBRI Q and the other tools at ignite.enbri.app. By ticking “I accept the terms of use” you agree to them. If you use ENBRI Q for a hotel or business, you confirm you are allowed to share its information with us.
1. What ENBRI Q is
ENBRI Q estimates how much a hotel could save on heating with ENBRI, using your answers, public information about the building and its location, historical weather and the ENBRI hotel simulator. It produces an estimate, an indicative price, a grant overview and a suggested programme of measures.
2. Estimates, not guarantees
- All savings, payback and ten-year figures are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They depend on many factors, including weather, occupancy, fuel prices, operating choices and guest behaviour, building fabric and materials, layout, location and the condition of existing plant. Actual results are measured from the hotel’s own data once ENBRI is running.
- Your answers are not checked by us. Where information is missing, ENBRI Q uses stated assumptions and shows a range.
- ENBRI Q is not a quotation or an offer. Prices are indicative list prices, excluding VAT. A quotation follows a site survey; unforeseen complexity may change the price, and any change is agreed with you before work proceeds.
- Grant and tax information is a ballpark from the funders’ official websites on the date shown. It is not guaranteed, it is not financial, tax or legal advice, and grants need approval before you order.
- Public information about your property (for example the Fáilte Ireland register, the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage, OpenStreetMap and Copernicus ERA5 weather) is used as published by its owners and may be incomplete or out of date.
3. Artificial intelligence
ENBRI uses software, including AI, to analyse data and generate insights. ENBRI Commander uses AI to generate insights from a hotel’s data. We maintain strict privacy controls and use industry-leading tools from suppliers such as Anthropic and Microsoft. Suppliers must meet our privacy requirements; if a supplier’s privacy position changes so that it no longer does, we will move to a provider that does. Estimates in ENBRI Q are calculated by the ENBRI simulator, not written by an AI.
4. Your data (GDPR)
- Who is responsible: Warrior Digital Ltd is the data controller. Contact: info@enbri.ie.
- What we collect: the contact details you give (name, email, company, website), your answers and results, the date and time, the link you arrived from (for example an event code) and, if you sign in, your sign-in name.
- Why: to calculate and save your results, let you return to them with your code, follow up with you about ENBRI, and improve our models and services. Our legal bases are your request for an estimate (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in developing and marketing ENBRI.
- Who sees it: you and Warrior Digital / ENBRI staff. If an ENBRI partner ran ENBRI Q with you, that partner sees that run. We do not share your results with other users, other hotels or event attendees, and we do not sell your data.
- Where it is stored: Microsoft Azure, West Europe region (EU), encrypted in transit; Microsoft is our processor.
- How long we keep it: we keep runs to follow up and to improve our models. When contact or hotel details are no longer needed, or if you ask us to delete them, we delete them or de-identify the run (for example by removing the hotel name and contact, or by replacing it with a statistically equivalent example that is not your hotel), and keep only the de-identified data.
- Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or restrict it, by emailing info@enbri.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
5. Use of the service
- Please use ENBRI Q for genuine enquiries; do not try to disrupt it or extract data in bulk.
- ENBRI Q is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Warrior Digital Ltd is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- We may update these terms; the version and date are shown at the top. Irish law applies.
