ENBRIProve the saving, not the weather
A colder winter or a busier year can hide a saving on the raw bill. ENBRI measures it properly.
1. Baseline
Your fuel bills before ENBRI train a monthly model of fuel against days, heating degree-days and room-nights.
2. Adjust
After installation, the actual weather and occupancy go back through the model to give the fuel you would have used without ENBRI.
3. Measure
The difference is the saving, priced at fixed prices so fuel-price changes cannot inflate or hide it.
The method follows IPMVP Option C (whole facility), with model quality checked against ASHRAE Guideline 14. Sentinels measure the oil tank and boiler output directly.
